Welcome to the Tuesday Tech Talk, bringing you some of the best web sites I’ve looked at recently, that you can really use! Great sites for this week include:
Apple Computer Tutorials
The first site is one that I looked at last week and knew that I just had to share with you! Apple has published hundreds of video and print tutorials on a variety of topics and software, from basic computer use to advanced application (program) use. I’ve spent a lot of time looking at the tutorials over the past few days, and learned quite a few new things. Take some time to look through the video and print tutorials; you’ll be glad you did!
Two things to keep in mind as you view the tutorials… First, they were developed based on the newest computers, and yours may not function exactly the same way. Second, there are some settings that you do not have permissions to change on a work computer, so the options may be grayed out if you try to access them. Don’t let that hold you back from checking out the tutorials; they really are great!
Forget that old cardboard EZ Grader, this website does it for you. Simply enter the number of questions, click the create button, and watch grades appear.
Your students are sure to be engaged in these interactive math and problem solving games, all with a futuristic look and feel.
